The actual inspection will take between 2 and 4 hours. We encourage our clients to be at the home during the inspection This will enable you to see first-hand, areas of the home that may be deficient.
Your inspection will include preliminary testing for CO, Water Pressure, Water Purity and Gas Leaks. We also offer, at an additional cost, testing for a wide variety of potential problems.
