SERVING NORTH CENTRAL OHIO THE INSPECTION REPORT Using our exclusive software, your inspector will complete a comprehensive report at the end of the inspection. 
The report will contain evaluations of all the rooms & major systems of your house including: HVAC, Plumbing,
Electrical, Foundation, Roof etc. Upon completion of the inspection your inspection report will be printed & each
area will be reviewed with you by your inspector. This is a great time to ask your inspector any questions or for
clarification on any item in the report.
